DAV-COP is an alkaline wax remover specifically formulated for the removal of protective copolymer waxes that are applied to new motor vehicles to protect the underlying paint.
DAV-COP, at the recommended concentrations, does not affect the parts with which it comes in contact. It is recommended, however, to test on a small part of the vehicle in order to verify the compatibility of the product with paints and other parts of the vehicle.
