Concentrated cleaner for hard surfaces.

DAERG FORTE is an alkaline formulation with detergent and solvent action, suitable for de-waxing and radical cleaning of floors, hard surfaces and washable coatings. Suitable for removing oils, animal and vegetable fats, even when combined with particulate and fragmented dirt. Its action occurs in two ways: nonionic detergents and alkaline substances detach and saponify greasy dirt, emulsifying it in the washing solution; the hydrophilic solvent facilitates the detachment of fragmented dirt (meat residues, dust, soil, etc.) from the greasy matrix, which causes it to adhere tenaciously to the substrate. The end result is total removal of dirt, the more complete the more mechanical systems (scrubbers) are used. Use on hard surfaces (marble, stoneware, fired brick) but not on PVC, Linoleum and Wood. Suitable for HACCP.
